(E-RYT 200/RYT 500/ YACEP) Canadian Victoria Mitchell has taught yoga in Taiwan, India and Portugal training yoga teachers and running workshops and retreats abroad. Her most recent training has led her to develop a teaching style based on somatic movement using Vinyasa sequencing. Her teaching style also consists of fascial integration for alignment and adjustments from the Ashtanga Vinyasa primary and intermediate series. With extensive training in Pranayama and a background in Ayurvedic Massage and Reiki level 1 Victoria’s teaching approach focuses on how to heal the mind and body through yoga and other related practices.
Chloe’ Johnson is a yoga teacher who has completed the RYS 500 hour certification through Yoga Alliance. She began her yoga study in February of 2016 at the Krishnamacharr Yoga Shala in Mysore, India. She completed her RYS 200 in coordination with the Kaohsiung Yogi company. At this time, she also completed a 30 day training in Pranayama practice with BNS Iyengar. For the next year she taught Ashtanga yoga at the Vibe yoga studio in Tainan, Taiwan. In February of 2017 she completed an yoga immersion workshop with Iain Grysak in Ubud on Bali Island. She went back to Mysore, India in February of 2018 to complete her RYS 300 at the same Mysore Krishnamacharr Yoga Shala in collaboration with the Bend It Like Buddha company. She also received a 200 hour certificate of completion of an Ashtanga Vinyasa Tradition of Yoga practice under the guidance of BNS Iyengar.

Patti’s growth in the practice of yoga was divided between ashrams in India and Thailand, individual practice, and opportunities to study with different teachers and in a number of styles. She is motivated to widen her study and understanding of the therapeutic aspect of yoga as well as explore the yoga tradition as a whole outside of the confines of the Vinyasa and Iyengar system. She conducts her classes concentrating on traditional yoga postures which she places emphasis on breathing. She teaches her students how to release tension and concentrate on their breaths while their bodies are under stress. She also incorporates integrated functional movements to build awareness and create a better prerequisite in the body and mind.
