Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa guided full primary series.

This is a self-practice session with a teacher present to provide coaching and hands-on adjustments. This session is like a mini private in a group setting.

Mysore VIBE

Ashtanga VIBE 1

60 minutes

A set  sequence designed to safely introduce beginners and those with limited mobility to the Ashtanga primary series. This class provides a framework to learn the foundations of safe alignment in the primary series.

Ashtanga VIBE 2

A set sequence designed to build on the previous VIBE 1 series. This class adds more difficult elements from the primary series helping students to progress in their practice.

60 minutes

Ashtanga VIBE 3       

A third sequence designed to build on the initial two. Students focus on building more strength, control and flow with vinyasa counts.
